Are you a seasoned operator with a stellar track record passionate about Climate Tech, eager to put your know-how to good use, making a positive impact and simultaneously unlocking a new business value?
Join us as a Venture Partner and support Growth&Glory’s founders!
Your Role
As a Venture Partner, you’ll support climate tech ventures with your in-depth functional and/ or domain expertise and access to your networks.
In exchange, you will get first-hand exposure to the quality venture pool with the possibility to invest and co-invest.
Your Background
-
At least 10 years of functional experience, gained in stellar tech-enabled companies
-
At least 4 years of experience in a senior leadership position
-
In-depth expertise in your respective field(s) such as Product, Design, Growth, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, AI, Enterprise Sales, Digital Transformation etc.

Experience in building, scaling, and exiting a tech-enabled B2B company is a massive plus
-
In-depth domain expertise in energy, transportation, food, industry, manufacturing, supply chain etc. is a massive plus

Acumen toward early-stage investing and due diligence

Strong industry and investor networks

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
